Join together for our virtual opening to contemplate your intention for the day ahead, followed by dynamic slow flow yoga to awaken and revive the body and clear pathways for fresh energy flow.

Take some time to write down what brings you joy in your life. This mindful practice can help you to look at the world with a more open and positive perspective, particularly in amongst times of challenge and change.

Give yourself the time and space to reflect on who you want to be. Through the practices of self-enquiry and slowing down, we can start to come into alignment with our intentions and actions. Allowing us to be fully present with our true self - unchanging, ever-constant and always free.

Join Chef Matt for a journey to the backstreets of Tokyo and learn a modern take on a traditional dish. Equipped with an ingredient list and Matt’s tip’s and tricks, you can join in on the culinary fun! Light, delicious and good for the soul, these deconstructed sushi bowls will delight the taste buds, excite the senses and nourish you from the inside out.
