Give yourself permission to simply pause and be.
This 3-day mindfulness retreat will provide a sanctuary away from the busy, ‘always on’ world we live in. Led by mindfulness teacher, coach, and practitioner Lotty Roberts, the retreat will be a journey of mindful awareness through the senses. Helping you cultivate resilience, manage your emotional wellness, and maintain peace of mind – while also reconnecting with what truly brings you joy in your day-to-day life.
Stay
Nestled within 16 acres of sprawling gardens and grounds, Cape South Wellness Retreat’s state-of-the-art facilities include a heated magnesium pool, spacious verandahs, an infra-red sauna, and spa pool. The enchanting French colonial-style homestead is just 20 minutes from Havelock North, and 8 minutes from Waimarama Beach – one of New Zealand’s most popular stretches of coastline. Luxuriously and generously furnished, Cape South was ranked by the Guardian as #1 in their ranking of the five best Antipodean retreats. And with stunning views of the Waipuka hills and sea, it’s no surprise.
