Our flexi-booking policy
If we cancel or postpone a retreat
If we cancel your retreat, you’ll be offered an alternative retreat date. If that date doesn’t suit, you can choose to either receive a full refund or a 100% credit to use on a future retreat.
COVID-19 vaccination policy
- For our domestic retreats, participants are not required to show proof of vaccination status.
- For our international retreats, vaccination status is dependent on the regulations of the country where the retreat is being held. We’ll advise any vaccination requirements during the booking process and if required, you’ll need to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination to confirm your booking.
Your safety is our number one priority
The health and wellbeing of our guests is our number one priority. As our retreats are classified as ‘Gatherings’, we can operate under all settings of the traffic light system. As part of our wellbeing commitment, we’ve put in place additional processes and guidelines to ensure your safety while you’re away from home, including:
- Allocated yoga equipment for the duration of the retreat
- Mandatory safety inductions for anyone entering the retreat

We’ve fine-tuned our retreat processes to ensure a safe and stress-free experience. Please ensure you’re familiar with our full booking terms and conditions before finalising your retreat with us.
Our flexi-booking policy

- Life-time deposits for bookings cancelled more than 60 days before the retreat start date.

COVID-19 vaccination policy
All retreat participants are required to produce proof of COVID-19 vaccination. You’ll be asked to send through a copy of your My Vaccine Pass via email to confirm your booking.
